Why is my file not uploading?

Why is my file not uploading?

If you are having difficulty uploading a file, follow the prompts below to troubleshoot some common issues:
  1. Is your internet connection stable? Check to ensure that you are connected to the internet and that your internet speed is fast enough to support uploading.
  2. Is the file corrupted? Try to open the file on your device and check that it contains the content you expected. Files that are 0 MB may not upload to Permanent
  3. Is the file saved to your device? If you are using cloud storage syncing such as iCloud or Dropbox, the file may be saved in the cloud and not on your device. Make sure the file has been downloaded from the cloud to your computer, and try the upload again.
