  2. Enter all high schools, colleges, and vocational schools attended. 
  3. For transcripts, follow the instructions at the top of each school entry form. Consult the school as to how to obtain transcripts. Transcripts are commonly requested to be sent to the requesting organization directly. Expect to pay a fee.
