How Do I Add a New Client to the Subscription Service?

To add a new client to the subscription service, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the online order portal at www.clientportal.posterelite.com and log in. If you can't recall your password, there is a "Forgot Password" button to re-set your password.



2. Hover over the "Orders" section located in the bar at the top of the page and select "New Order."


3. Fill out your client's shipping address and contact info. 


4. Under the Poster Order Details area, click on "Add New."


5. From the first dropdown, select Update Service (Pay-as-you-go Subscriptions). 



6. From the second dropdown, you will see 4 options. Two of the options say "E-Update Service" and two say "Poster Replacement Solution." The reason that there are two of each subscription type is because you will note that each can be ordered WITH or WITHOUT initial poster. If you need us to ship a client a poster right now, then select the WITH initial poster option. If you are just signing them up for the service but don't want us to mail them a poster, then select WITHOUT initial poster. 


7. Add the Poster State, Qty and additional details of the order.  Click on "Add New" to add as many items to the order as you need. 



8. Once finished, scroll to the bottom. Click the checkbox by "Ready to Place Order" and click Submit.
