How Do I Add Another Subscription for My Client?

To add another subscription for your client, follow these simple steps:

OPTION 1:

1. Navigate to the online portal at clientportal.posterlite.com and log in. If you can't recall your password, there is a "Forgot Password" button to re-set your password.


2. Hover over the "Orders" section located in the bar at the top of the page and select "My Orders"


3. Use the Search button at the top left to pull up the client's original subscription order. 


4. At the far left of the order there are three black dots. Hover over them, this is an "Edit" option. Click to edit, and then you will be able to update the quantity of subscriptions. (This will also make the existing and new subscriptions have the same anniversary date if the client is on the E-Update Service).   Please note this will edit the number of subscriptions, but will not trigger a poster to be sent out. If you need a poster sent out, please enter a separate order for a stand-alone poster. 



OPTION 2

1. Place another order for the client. It is okay to have their subscriptions spread out over multiple orders! The only thing to keep in mind is that if you place a new order, it may have a different anniversary date from the original order. Most of the time this is not an issue, but if you have a client that insists upon having all subscriptions have the same anniversary date, then use the first option above.
