How Do I Locate a Tracking Number?

1. Navigate to the online order portal at www.clientportal.posterelite.com and log in. If you can't recall your password, there is a "Forgot Password" button to re-set your password.




2. Hover over the "Orders" section located in the bar at the top of the page and select "My Orders"


3. Click the "Search" button at the top right and use the search fields provided to pull up the order in question.


4. When you are viewing the order, the tracking number can be located under the "Tracking Number" column.



If there is no tracking number listed, check the "Order Status" column because your order may still be processing and has not yet shipped. We typically ship in 3-5 business days. The two exceptions where we may take longer is if (1) There was an update to the poster your requested. In this case we will hold your order an extra 2-3 days so that we can send your client the newest version. We will never ship your client an old or out-of-date poster. The other exception is (2) Mid-December to early February is our extreme high volume season where we process thousands of orders daily. During this time, your order may take 7-10 business days to ship.
