How to Update a Client's Contact Information on a Subscription

To update your client's subscription information, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the online portal at clientportal.posterlite.com and log in. If you can't recall your password, there is a "Forgot Password" button to re-set your password.



2.  Hover over the "Orders" section located in the bar at the top of the page and select "Update Clients Info Tool."


3.  Click the Search button on the left underneath All Active Subscription(s).



4.  You can then search for your client using any of the fields provided (company name, reference number, etc.)


5.  Once you have located your client's subscription, click on the "Update Client Info" button. 


6.  Edit any needed fields using the pop-up provided. When ready click "Submit" to update your client's contact information.




All future emails and or shipments will now be sent to the new information submitted.
