POWERSHADES CONFIG.NET GUIDE

Introduction

This manual will show you how to use the PowerShades Config.NET application. PowerShades Config.NET is a software utility that can be used to setup and configure your PowerShades RF Gateway, RF and POE Shades.  If you ever need any help throughout your installation, feel free to reach out to us at (417) 553-0504 or email us at  support@powershades.com . We are here to help!
The software is available to download from the Microsoft store or  found here.

Connecting to PowerShades Devices

Step 1. Connect to your PowerShades Device(s) using the Connection Controls

Step 2. Click the "DISCOVER" button

Step 3.  This is the "Discover Devices" Window. We have a few different options on how to find your PowerShade devices

OPTION 1: The fastest way to find your PowerShades devices is to press the "SEARCH" button

Sometimes you may have to do multiple searches
OPTION 2: You can either do a NORMAL SCAN or an EXTENDED SCAN.
We recommend performing an EXTENDED SCAN

"NORMAL SCAN" scans the IP subnet (255.255.255.0) of the specified Network Adapter.
"EXTENDED SCAN" scans the entire subnet of the specified Network Adapter.

Step 4. Select the device you want to connect to by double clicking it within the table or clicking the "SELECT" button

Step 5. If connecting to an RF Gateway with already paired shades, the Channel table will auto-populate

Step 2. Jog PoE to the desired top position
