Admin: Printing Menu Items to Specific Printers

Your pastry chef may not need to know when an order comes through for a pizza. Why send a ticket to their printer? Let's go ahead ahead and learn how to change which items get sent to which printers...

Log into the web admin, hover over system settings, and select Menu Groups.


This will display All Menu Groups. From here, choose which menu item you need to print to a specific printer by clicking the magnifying glass in that item group's Available Actions column.




Once you choose your menu item, then look for the Point of Sale Printers section in the third column.




Simply choose the printer you'd like for that item in the drop down menu under Point of Sale Printers.
