POS: "Connect Error" on POS from A920 PAX Device

POS: "Connect Error" on POS from A920 PAX Device

If you receive the error message: "Connect Error" on the POS from the A920 PAX Device:
  1. Power cycle the credit card reader
  2. Hit "Cancel" when "Setup Wizard" pops up
    1. You may have to swipe to the right on the bottom of the screen
  3. Verify the IP address is the same on the POS
    1. Station Configuration > Credit Card Setup
  4. Test CC Connection
  5. Perform a test credit card transaction
