How to Upload a Document to the Document Vault

What you can do: Add Files to Storage

Upload documents, forms, or any files you need to email to your clients for easy access.


How: Step-by-step directions on how to do that:

1. Go to the "Setup" screen > "Personalize Your Experience" and select "Upload Files" to add files to the Document Vault.


2. Additionally, you can add files by navigating to the "Files" screen on the sidebar Menu and clicking "Upload File."

3. If you want to delete, preview, or copy the link of your uploaded files from the Vault, you can do so in "Files" in the sidebar menu. Select the document and click on the three dot button in the top right corner.


Tips

  1. A single file size cannot exceed 25MB.
  2. Total document storage varies depending on the plan you sign up for:
    1. Starter Plan - 50 MB
    2. Pro Plan - 100 MB
    3. Pro Plan Team - 500 MB
