How to Notify Team Member

What you can do: Notify 

Sometimes you need to notify someone on your team that they need to start working on a meeting or catch up on a meeting. In 360 View, we added the ability for you to notify your team members. 

How: Step by step directions on how to do that:

1. Navigate to the 360 View by selecting the icon on the sidebar menu, and select the meetings your team member needs to work on. 





2. Press the "Notify" button in the top right corner.




3. In the window that appears, check the team members you wish to notify. In the text box, you can edit the message that is sent. 





4. Your team member will not get notified from within Pulse360. Instead, they will receive an email with the links to the events you selected. 



Tips

  1. Notifying doesn't notify from within Pulse360, it goes from your email.
  2. To notify your team member, they need to be Pulse360 and CRM users. See the article: How to Add a New User
