Marketplace - Installing / Managing / Configuring / Uninstalling

The marketplace is the home for all of our 3rd party integrations that boost the quotingbill experience. From here you can install any Application and extend our platform in varying spots on the application such as when making a quote, when managing your product catalog or when provisioning items in projects. Once installing an application, you can visit the applications tab and go to each application to configure it as well as use certain features that each application may offer.


Here's the rundown!

Going to the marketplace

You can find the marketplace in the upper right section of quotingbill. Here you can find every current integration with quotingbill. Selecting any integration will give you a description and the ability to install it.





Note that on the bottom of the list of current integrations we provide a point of contact for you to suggest to us what the next awesome application on quotingbill should be!

Installing applications

When installing an application, simply click the install button. After installation, you'll now have the ability to configure it and use it throughout quotingbill.





Locating and managing applications

All installed applications can be found on the upper right section of quotingbill and from there you can go to each dedicated application. From there you can configure your application if needed as well as use any application specific features that they provide!



Configuring

For most Applications, especially with third party integrations you'll probably have some credentials that you'll need to set to truly leverage the application with quotingbill. To do that go to the Application dashboard (here) and select the application that you have in mind to set up. Once there, there will be a tab named settings where you can then enter your credentials and be ready to use the application with quotingbill.




Uninstalling

We recommend you to uninstall any application you won't use with QuotingBill. By doing this, we make sure there are no conflicts with any application you have installed to be used. Take into account that most of the apps impact on projects, modules, etc., which means, QuotingBill may try completing the interaction if any app is installed.

As shown below, there is no need to remove the credentials on the app settings, you just need to go to the marketplace and uninstall the application that is no longer needed.
