Sending Reminders

Response rates to surveys to can be notoriously low, and is one of the most significant problems affecting the validity of the survey results. With our Distribution system, sending reminders to complete the pending surveys is only a click away.

Clicking on the 'Add Reminder' will send out reminders for all the pending/open surveys :

Please change the reminder mail body, especially the yellow highlighted fields :
