Our commitment remains firm to ensure that our customers end their travel with a wow factor, there are occasions where in you may not be able to meet your commitment to travel and would like to cancel your booking.
For last minute bookings, a minimum time of 2 hours would be required for scheduling a vehicle within operational hours from 9:00am to 9:00pm and sending the details across as per your defined location and subject to availability.
We have a very simple policy for any cancellations.

All refunds would be initiated on-line to the bank account / card through which the transaction is processed.
Settlements usually takes 7-10 days once approved and as per bank transfer schedules and procedures.
No refunds would be initiated by Cash.

Due to year end rush in Dec (15th Dec to 10th Jan 2019) and peak weekend rush as per weekends mentioned as per dates mentioned above, any booking once confirmed will be treated as final
No Refund and modification would be processed once booking order is placed and advance amount paid.
No Location change would be allowed due to limited quantity available.
