How to Access PowerSource Helpdesk


Activate Your Account
Before accessing PowerSource, click the following URL to activate your account:
https://support.powerschool.com/confirmation/f6ec4ef6f8c39e559db584fd8daf9e18

Log Into PowerSource
Once you have activated your account by choosing a password, you can log into the site by following these steps:
  1. Direct your browser to https://support.powerschool.com/.
  2. Enter your PowerSource user name (your email address).
  3. Enter your PowerSource password*.
  4. Log into the site.

*Note that the password is case-sensitive (uppercase and lowercase letters matter) so must be entered exactly as you set it up.

Forgot Your Password?
You may request a new password at any time by using the Forgot Your Password link on he PowerSource login screen. After clicking Forgot Your Password on the PowerSource login screen, simply enter your email address and submit. PowerSource will then email you a new randomly-generated password.
