There could be multiple reasons why your loan may not have been disbursed: Entrance counseling has not been completed The Master Promissory Note (MPN) has not been signed You have not told Riverland how much you would like to borrow (Loan application tab in e-Services) You are registered for less than 6 credits You have been reported as not attending your classes You are a first-time, first-semester loan borrower (subject to a 30 day hold period) If you would like more specific information, please contact Student Services at (507) 433-0600.
