Shade Control/Pairing Issues (EL Mode)

If you're having issues pairing or controlling a shade to your paradigm remote, it is likely in the wrong protocol.
It is important to have the remote in ARC mode
Try the below to change the remote between Legacy(EL) and ARC protocol.
