Atrust Device Manager (ADM) not seeing devices during scan
Things to look for if Atrust DM does not see
devices during scan:
1. Check if the ports are open. Required ports can
be accessed via standard FAQ and attached to this article.
2. Check if the IP address on the Atrust Device
manager machine is the same as the IP being used by ADM. (If there are multiple
network interfaces it's possible that ADM chose the wrong one) Check under
System>>System Settings>> General Settings>>Service IP
3. Look at the the ADM network restrictions
document under the standard FAQ and attached to this article.
