To apply for a company loan, clock in to your Employee Self Service portal, then click Loan on the left hand side of the page.
Click Add Loan Request to pull up the Add Loan Request form.
Select the Loan Type, enter the Loan Amount, enter the Loan Term in months, and select a Scheme. Click Save. Your loan request will to be sent to your loan approver for approval.
Note: The fields marked with an asterisk are required.
If you would like to add a note to your Loan Request, click View>View Notes>Add Note.
Enter your note in the Add Note box and click Leave a Note to send the note to your approver.
You can also view notes from your Approver on this page.
Your approver will receive an email notification of your loan request. If your request is approved, you will receive an email notification.
You will also receive an email notification if your request is rejected.
