Cancel Diamond Membership

Diamond Membership includes your own Personal Per Recovery Specialist. PPR are dedicated to assisting you with your pet recovery process. You will be personally assisted with step-by-step instructions and proven strategy technique to assist in finding your lost pet.

If your pet is a Diamond Member and you decided to cancel it:

1. Login to your Save This Life account using your username/email and password

2. Click on My Pets in the left menu(in desktop) or in top menu(in mobile). You should see the list of all pets you own and registered in Save This Life.

3. Click on the Diamond microchip number you want to cancel. You should land on the Pet Profile page. Scroll down to Diamond Membership Date row/section. 

4. Click on CANCEL BEFORE THIS DATE and confirm by clicking on Yes.

Upon successful confirmation, your pet will remain Diamond until the end of the current period:  end of current month if monthly and end of current year if yearly. No more payments will be charged to your card.
