Access Conditional Formatting

1. Select(click) in the top left corner to select all cells in the sheet
2. Select(click) Format
3. Select(click) Conditional Formatting


Set Conditional format rules

1. Currently selected Cells
2. (Dropdown) Format cells ifText contains
3. Text phrase that this rule applies to
4. Set various formatting options
5. Select(click) Add another rule or Done


Conditional Formatting Rules Applied

- You can create and apply multiple rules 
- Each time the rule criteria is met, the configured formatting will apply
- To remove a rule, select(click) the trash-can on its listing
