How to Create and use a Meeting Template


1. Schedule and save a meeting with all of your desired settings selected (required registration, co-hosts added, etc.)

2. Login to Zoom at sdsu.zoom.us

3. Your Zoom profile appears, on the left hand column select Meetings. Select the previously created meeting


4. The meeting appears, scroll down and select Save as a Meeting Template 


5. The "Save as a Meeting Template" appears. Type your desired name and select Save as Template 


6. Done! Moving forward you can login to your Zoom account, select Meetings and choose Meeting Templates. Select the Schedule Meeting with this Template


7. The Schedule a Meeting window appears. Set your date and time and select Save!
