How To Send A Fax With The Copier



  1. Login

  2. Click on the Fax button

  3. At the top left click on Address Book

  4. A window will appear. Select LDAC on the left and “Chain Dial with Direct Input” on the right.These steps must be done together for your fax to send properly.

  5. Leave the code there and type the fax number, including the area code, you want to send to.

    • If your original is two-sided click on Original first.

    • If you need additional setting, do so with the options on the left in black.

  2. Click on Start to send your fax.

Confirmation Sheet:The copier will print a confirmation sheet when your fax has arrived or your fax was not received.
