How to Assign Alternative Hosts



1. Sign-in to your Zoom profile via the web interface at sdsu.zoom.us
      

2. You will be re-directed to your SDSU email sign-in screen. Sign-in
      

3. You will be taken to your Zoom Profile home page. Select Meetings
      

4. You will see the meetings screen. Select Schedule a New Meeting
      

5. You will be taken to the Schedule a New Meeting screen. Modify the settings of your meeting as desired. At the bottom of the page in the Alternative Hosts section list your co-hosts.
NOTE: If you are assigning multiple alternative hosts, separate them with a semicolon (;) when listing here
      

6. Done! The users who you listed as alternative hosts will receive an email notification alerting them that they are co-hosts of your meeting.
