How to Schedule a Meeting


From Desktop Application 

  1. 1.  Make sure Zoom application is installed. 

  1. 2. Open application and select Schedule. 

     
     
    3. "Schedule Meeting" window appears. Edit meeting information as desired. Select Google Calendar for your calendar option to have it automatically added to your email calendar. 




  2. 4. Select schedule on the bottom right of the window. 


5. You will be re-directed to a Google Calendar page with all of your meeting information pre-filled. Add guests if desired and select Save. 



From Web Browser 

  1. 1. Go to the SDSU Zoom website and sign-in: https://sdsu.zoom.us/ 

  1. 2. Select Schedule a Meeting at the top of the page. 



  1. 3. "Schedule a Meeting" page appears. Edit meeting information as desired. Select Save. 

  1. 4. Meeting is scheduled. Select Add to Google Calendar or Copy the Invitation to send to other participants.  


 




From Google Chrome Extension 

  1. 1. Make sure Zoom Scheduler Google Chrome extension is installed. 

  1. 2. Select Zoom Scheduler icon at the top right of your Google Chrome Page. 

  1. 3. Select Schedule a Meeting. 


  1. 4. You will be re-directed to a Google Calendar page. Set the desired date and time and invite participants. Select Save. 

 



From Google Calendar 

  1. 1. Go to Google Calendar and select Create. 


  1. 2. Create meeting window appears, edit meeting information as desired. 

  1. 3. On Joining Info, select Make it a Zoom Meeting 


  1. 4. Select Save.
