FieldAgent Mobile - Which iPhone and iPad Models are Compatible?

FieldAgent Mobile is available for download on the Apple App Store. You can find the download link here. Following is a list of iPhone and iPad models that are compatible with FieldAgent Mobile. 

iPhones:

1. iPhone 15, 15 Pro, and 15 Max
2. iPhone 14. 14 Pro, and 14 Max
   
3. iPhone 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro, and 13 Pro Max
   
4. iPhone 12, 12 Mini, 12 Pro, and 12 Pro Max
   
5. iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max
   
6. iPhone X, Xr, Xs, Xs Max
   
7. iPhone 8 and 8 Plus
   
8. iPhone 7 and 7 Plus
   
9. iPhone 6s and 6s Plus
   
10. iPhone SE
    

 

iPads:

1. iPad Pro 
   
2. iPad Air (3rd Gen) and Up
   
3. iPad (7th Gen) and up
   
4. iPad Mini 4 and up*
   

*Note: At this time the Phantom 4 Pro V1 drone is not compatible with an iPad Mini 6. The DJI Go 4 does not connect to the controller through an iPad. This displays an error in FieldAgent that it is "Disconnected."

Additional Notes:

1. Operating System: iOS 13 or higher
   
2. Capacity: 32 GB and up
   
3. Connectivity: WiFi or Cellular
   

Cellular is preferred in order to access data in the field. (Dependent on cellular networks in the area.)

Note: The supported list of devices is subject to change based on hardware and firmware compatibility.
