You will receive an email from
service@i9advantage.com regarding your I-9 form. Please check your SPAM folder for this as well. Once your onboarding is initiated by your recruiter, please find this email and view the log in information you were given.
Read the email in detail to understand how to complete the form correctly.
You can then go to the website link (included in the email) for I9 Advantage and log into your account. This is where you can submit your I-9 info.
You will be prompted to use an Authorized Agent, this is anyone of your choice as long as they are at least 18 years of age and you can meet them in-person to review your documents. Once you enter their name and email address, meet with them and they will use the email they receive to login (with a PIN) and complete section 2 with your documents.
