Why is there a black screen between my videos?

Why is there a black screen between my videos?


The black period is due to the video pre-roll time when starting to play.  


You can reduce this by doing the following:

1. Putting your devices into video-wall mode - click the VideoWall enabled checkbox in the corresponding Device page.  

2. If you have a playlist of videos then check that these are the same type (resolution, frame rate etc)
