Error Code Identification - Single Group
Single Group Errors
STEAM FILL:
Fill routine has run for ten minutes without detecting water. Will not allow machine to heat and will turn off the steam heater. Unit will need to be reset and water is detected. Check water feed to machine for flow. Check inlet valve is opening, or no restrictions.
STEAM HEATER:
Machine’s pressure is below 1.0bar and no water detected in steam tank. Machine will turn off the heater. Check water flow to the machine.
BREW HEATER:
Error if the machine detects the brew heater overheating and will turn off the heater. Could be RTD error misreading the temp.
STEAM OVERTEMP:
Machine detects overtemp and turns off steam heater
HTR OFF:
Heater is disabled or turned off due to error.
HTR ERR:
The heater is off and there is an error.
STEAM SENSOR:
Transducer is disconnected or interrupted. Check connections at the board, check Molex pins are in place and wires are snug.
BREW FILL:
Brew tank has attempted to heat and detected low or no water.
BREW OVERTEMP:
Machine detects overtemp and turns off brew heater.
BREW SENSOR:
RTD has an error in the connection or has faulted.
INTERNAL OVERTEMP:
The control board has overtemped.
GENERAL ERROR:
Software errors may enable this message.
