How does Retain Options work?
Summary
Solatech Focus has a feature called Retain Options
which is enabled by default in your order entry section of Focus. This
knowledge base article will describe how this feature works.
More Information
- When creating a quote or modifying a sale, a check box is located at the bottom of the options column, Retain options
- This box will have a check mark entered, indicating that it is enabled (this mark can be deselected if desired).
Retain options does the following when Save and New is selected.
- All options except width, height and any other numerical values are retained .
Retain options does the following when editing an existing line item
- Changes
to Product Type, Vendor, Product and/or Style WILL retain Width, Height
and all other Options which exist in the new Product/Style.
