How to override an option value in Order Entry

Summary

Beginning with version 5.0.0.239 of the SalesPRO software, users may now override an option value in any product. Please note that if you override an option for some vendors, you will be unable to send your order electronically.

Instructions

  • On the Edit Product Item window, right click on the option field you wish to override and select Override value.


  • An override window will appear.
  • Type the new option name (value) in the text box.
  • Click OK.
  • Both the option name and the option value will be shown in red font in order entry.
