How to prevent sales reps from deleting sales

Focus gives Account Administrators (AA) the ability to prevent sales reps from deleting sales. This knowledge base article will describe how to enable this restriction.

Note: This article applies only to Account Administrators who have been granted access to deleting sales by their Site Administrator. If you do not see the section mentioned in this knowledge base article, check with your site administrator.

Instructions

  1. While logged in as an Account Administrator, click Admin from the upper navigational menu
  2. On the Account page, scroll down until you see the section Quotes, Sales and Orders
  3. Place a check mark in the box Only Account Administrators can delete sales
  4. Press Update
