How to setup and use the Delivery Range feature

Summary

Account Administrators can setup Delivery Ranges for sales reps to use on customer output.   This can be a good selling tool for reps to let customers know approximate delivery times for various products. 

Set Up Delivery Ranges

  1. Click on Admin from the upper navigational bar
  2. Click on Lists from the lower navigational bar
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Lists page to see a new section called Delivery Ranges
  4. Click the Add button to add one or more delivery ranges. 
  5. Click Save 

Using Delivery Ranges

  1. When a Rep creates a quote, they will be able to select a delivery range in the Order Review section
  2. Use the drop down menu to select the appropriate range
  3. Then click Save

  4. The selected Delivery Range will be shown on customer output
