Mapped drives are disconnected

Mapped drives are disconnected

Summary

Solatech Diagnostics has detected that one or more of the mapped drives on this computer are disconnected.

More Information

A disconnected network drive is one that has been mapped but is not accessible at this time.

Possible Causes and Resolutions

  1. The mapped drive cannot be accessed because you have not logged in to your network. Open Windows Explorer and click on the drive. If prompted to enter a user name or password, do so to get access to the drive.
  2. On some Windows operating systems this can happen during startup if the server cannot be reached when the user logs on to the computer. Verify the server computer is on and then restart this computer.
  3. The folder that this mapped drive references is no longer shared. Check the server to verify that the share still exists.
