Options listed in Product Designer don't show up in Order Entry
Symptoms
When working with Options in Product Designer, one or more of the following statements are true:
- Options that are visible in the options list for a style don't appear in the options list in Order Entry.
- Options cannot be deleted from a style in Product Designer
Cause
Both of these sympotms can be caused by including an apostrophe in the option name. The versions of Product Designer listed at the bottom of this article do not support apostrophies in the name of the option.
Resolution
There is no resolution at this time. Options that have an apostrophe in the name can be ignored. If you need to have the option removed, send the product to Solatech and we will remove it for you.
Status
Solatech has confirmed this to be a problem with the software listed at the bottom of this article. As more information becomes available this article will be updated.
