Problem: I cannot delete an automatic charge which has been converted to a manually added charge

Summary

There may be times when you wish to remove an automatic charge from a quote or sale, rather than modify the value. In this instance, you will not convert the automatic charge to a manually added charge.  Instead, follow the directions below. 

Instructions

  1. From within order entry, click on the automatic charge
  2. Click on delete
  3. Save your quote or sale
  4. If the charge is converted to a manually added charge first, it cannot be deleted.
