Problem: On a Roaming Workstation I receive an error message that there are no Roaming Workstations watching and Syncing won't be performed

Problem

When attempting to sync a quote or sale from a roaming workstation, you receive the error message shown below.


Workaround

Since Roaming Workstations have no access to the watching feature, follow these steps to correct the issue.

  • Open the Quote or Sale
  • Save the Quote or Sale
  • Sync the Quote or Sale
