Room Location Field Not Properly Refreshing
Symptoms
When editing line items of a quote or order, double-clicking a line item does not consistently repopulate the Room Location field. This issue may also occur with the first option of a quote or order if the first option is something other than Room Location.
This happens more often when bringing up a second line item with a different Room Location value. All other options populate correctly; however the Room Location value remains with the value from the previous line item. If not noticed, updating the line item will replace the Room Location value.
Workaround
When editing line items, make sure the cursor is pointed to an option other than the first option before double-clicking the line item to bring it into the options screen.
Resolution
This is scheduled to be fixed in a future Solatech update.
Status
This is a known issue with outside sources being used in conjunction with the Solatech software.
