When downloading product updates, the progress window shows incomplete information
Symptoms
When downloading products using the Product Updater, the download progress window shows incomplete information. The message 'Downloading file 1 of ' is missing the value to the right of the word 'of'.
Status
Solatech has confirmed this to be a problem with the software listed at the end of this article. As more information becomes available this article will be updated.
The missing number does not affect the download. The correct number of products are still downloaded and installed.
