Which Norman products can be sent electronically to Norman Window Fashions?

- NOR - Ultimate Cordless Faux Wood Blinds
- NOR - Ultimate Normandy Wood Blinds
- NOR - Woodlore Shutter*
- NOR - Woodlore North America*
*Please contact Solatech if you do not see Woodlore and/or Woodlore North America in the vendor Norman Window Fashions. Our support staff will assist you in setting these up for electronic ordering.
Maintaining Unique Vendors
In order to process only
these Norman products via Online Order Processing (OOP), a unique
vendor without OOP-capability has been assigned to the remainder of the
Norman products. These products can be found in the vendor: Norman Window Fashions (PDF).
To review which products are assigned to each vendor, click Admin from the upper navigational bar and then select Products from the lower navigational bar.
Click the vendor name to expand the complete list of products for each vendor.
When you are creating a quote, you will also see the two vendors listed when applicable.
Sending Orders Electronically
When the Order Now button is pressed for an order containing Norman Window Fashions (PDF) you can also easily identify that it was not sent by clicking PO's from the upper navigational bar. Any PO's not sent through the Solatech system will be clearly identified with a red Not Sent box
How to order items in the vendor Norman Window Fashions (PDF)
The Solatech system allows you to print a PDF PO for these items. That PO can be used to easily enter the order on Norman's website
Note: When you send an order electronically out of Solatech, you will get an immediate email from noreply@Solatech.us that confirms the order was sent. This email will also included an attached PO. If you do not receive this email, that is another indication that the PO was not sent.
