How to Duplicate a Quote or Sale

This article will explain how to duplicate an existing quote or sale in SalesPRO.  Orders cannot be duplicated.

To duplicate a quote or sale:

  • Click the Quotes or Sales icon on the Home tab.

  • Highlight the quote or sale you want to duplicate.
  • Click the drop-down arrow on the Create Quotes or Sales icon.
  • Select Duplicate. If you are duplicating a Sale, you have the option of changing the category back to a Quote, keeping all other information the same.
  • Go to the list of Quotes/Sales, and edit the desired entry.



Other Information

If a sale with a payment attached is duplicated, the payment information is dropped, and the balance is reset to the original total.
