SoLo does not allow Borrowers to request a loan if any of your accounts connected during sign up do NOT have a positive balance.
If the bank connected during sign up has an account that was closed you will not be able to request a loan. For example, your debit card is link to your checking account but you use to have a savings account with the same bank that is now closed, you will be blocked from requesting a loan.
If you have any other accounts with the bank you connected like a savings account or money market account that does not have a positive account balance, you will not be able to request a loan.
If your accounts associated with your bank all have positive balances and you are still unable to request a loan, please file contact our support ticket for further assistance.
