For members of intentional communities to share their experiences and knowledge, to deepen the bonds between communities and to help communities to develop and flourish.
The conference was very well organised and Moora Moora were such wonderful hosts. Content was great and look forward to seeing everyone again next year
We are planning three days of conferencing structured around panels, workshops and individual presentations, and an invited keynote speaker. We expect panels will have three or four speakers, each from different communities. Sessions will last 45-90 minutes each and will include both presentations and questions. In the afternoons, there will be small, focussed discussion groups and an all-in plenary session.
We are asking that intending participants suggest topics of interest and consider offering themselves as a presenter or panellist and bring relevant short films or slide shows. Topics are expected to reflect broad areas of interest that exist within communities, with streams of interest to existing communities and to newly‐forming communities. In previous years, topics have included ethics and governance, social harmony and conflict resolution, legal issues, generational change, ownership models, community economies, environmental issues, and seeding new communities.
