Please be sure you have organised all the information before you begin completing the form.
If you are a registered project these details are stored with your project so you can complete them over time and store them for reference or next years renewal
Below is a list of suggested insurances to consider:
1. Public Liability - $20,000,000
2. Cancellation and abandonment - for storm/rainwater/flood for outdoor events and/or the non-appearance of headline acts due to death/sickness/accident
3. Voluntary Workers Compensation
4. General Workers Compensation - for paid employees - legislation varies state by state
5. Property and equipment cover
To assist your insurers, it would appreciate if you could also please provide:
1. Copies of previous policies
2. Copies and medical and safety plans and any other relevant documentation
3. Copies of any agreements with venue providers
4. Copies of hire agreements to see whether or not we need to insure these items or if a damage waiver is taken out
5. Copies of the Public Liability and Workers Compensation Certificates of Currencies from sub-contractors.
