Memorandum of Understanding between
Self Organising Systems
and

This Memorandum of Understanding between <Project Name> which originated at <Project Address> and Self Organising Systems is for the specific collaboration as outlined in this agreement.

Definitions
''Self Organising Systems'' – is the name of a Special Purpose Charitable Non-Profit Company Limited by Guarantee registered and incorporated with ASIC.
“<Project Name>” – is an unincorporated community group currently located at <Project Address>

Nature of Agreement
That the <Project Name> become a recognised project of Self Organising Systems,

To allow <Project Name> access to a bank account supervised by the directors of Self Organising Systems and the project's nominated representative/s, and that the business transactions of these accounts is to be conducted separately from the business of Self Organising Systems.

That <Project Name> and it's representative/s agreed to keep records of all income and expenditure in the manner required by the Self Organising Systems Board

Auspicing Arrangement

Where it is agreed that they are to be operated, as such, from the time of their creation, where they will be waived any auspice fees, until the Auspice Agreements of each project are agreed upon in the near future

Bank Account

and that this one bank account, will operate separately from Self Organising System's Main bank account and the Public Fund bank account."

Organisation and management of the Agreement
Both Parties enter these arrangements in good spirit where each organisation will cross promote awareness of each organisation and their activities, programs and events, where practicable, including reciprocal links on websites, and, where possible, consider additional ways of collaborating in the community and social movement areas.

Duration of this Agreement
This agreement commences at the date of signing of this document and shall continue until both parties agree to amend, suspend of change its nature or until such moment where either of the parties changes the nature of its operations and therewith the nature of their collaboration.

Indemnity
<Project Name> agrees to indemnify Self Organising Systems from any or all claims resulting from <Project Name> use of Self Organising Systems auspice arrangement which cause damage to Self Organising Systems or third party.
