Philips SpeechExec - Error message when upgrading or downgrading SpeechExec

Problem Description: 
After upgrading or downgrading SpeechExec in between different versions of the software, an error message is displayed when trying to initialize the Recorder / Player application: The control could not initialize!

Cause of the Problem: 
This error is caused by improperly installed audio component drivers. This can occur on some systems, where the Windows Operating System environment prevented SpeechExec from upgrading or uninstalling properly.

Solution or Target to Solution:
