The Dictation Module can be configured to automatically encrypt files that are downloaded into the folder. 

Follow the steps below to configure automatic encryption.

• Click Tools > Options > Folder Design.
• Select a folder and click on Encryption dropdown and select Yes.  

• While you are in the current folder click on Password and click on “…” button 

• Enter the password and select an encryption format and click OK. 

• If you want to encrypt all the files in the current folder then click Yes.

• Click OK to apply the settings
