ODMS R7 - Dragon Naturally Speaking Settings

This guide goes through the Dragon NaturallySpeaking setting in the ODMS Dictation and Transcription Module.

Note: You must have a trained Dragon profile and have enabled the voice recognition feature in order to configure the ODMS software to use your Dragon Profile. Click here for a guide on how to enable the speech recognition feature.

User Profile Location

To change the profile location you would need to run the software as administrator.

Use Local Profile - Select this option if the Dragon profile is stored locally on the PC.

Dragon Roaming Profile - Select this option if the Dragon profile is stored on a network share which can be accessed by all the users. If the Dragon Profile isn't already on the network, then you can also export the profile to the network location. Please note the Dragon Roaming option is only available if the Dragon edition installed supports Dragon Roaming profiles
