            WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER IS USED?

            Our leather glove models are made from a variety of different leather qualities. We use Premium Genuine USA Cow-Hide Leather, USA Steerhide Leather, USA Kip Leather for both youth, amateur, and professional model baseball gloves. These leathers are of the highest quality, and handmade by our professional craftsman.

            We also use Premium Japanese Steerhide Leather and Premium Japanese Kip Leather for out higher grade professional models. These leathers are of the highest quality in the world, handmade by our professional craftsman.


            WHAT IS STIF-LYTE™? 

            STIF-LYTE is our unique finger stays and internal glove padding system. We have some of the lightest gloves on the market globally. This is from our extremely lightweight, yet very firm padding. We guarantee you will find our gloves to be some of the stiffest on the market and in the world, and each handmade with player performance in mind.


               



            IS THERE A GLOVE WARRANTY?

            Yes. STEELO baseball and softball gloves are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) and come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

            Our warranty does not cover gloves that have been microwaved, placed in an oven, submerged in water, or over oiled. Laces are NOT covered under the 1-year warranty.


            IS THERE A PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY?

            Yes. STEELO protective equipment, such as shin guards, elbow guards, catcher's masks, leg guards and chest protectors, are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) and come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on the metal, plastic, padding, and strap parts of these equipment items. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.


            HOW DO I SEND BACK MY PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY CLAIM?

            Please submit a ticket to begin your warranty claim process. Our support team will work with you to identify if your claim is within warranty.

            • Shipping Address
            • Email Address
            • Reason for Your Warranty Claim
            • Attached Image of Your Product
