I received my order and some of the products were damaged.

            We do our best to package products as securely and carefully as possible to prevent possible damage. However, in rare occurrences, unusually rough handling by postal services can cause damage to the contents. If you receive a product that is unusable due to damage, we need well-documented proof of this possible shipping error immediately. Please provide a photo of the envelope/box - showing your tracking, shipping address, etc. Within the same photo or a second, please include evidence of any damage to the products inside to define quantity of damaged units, as clearly as possible. We will review your case for any needed action.
